Welcome to Wekiwue Travel. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website, booking our services, or using any of our travel packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation or purchase.
Throughout this document, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Wekiwue Travel, and "you" and "your" refer to you, the client, customer, or user of our website and services.
2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Wekiwue Travel.
2.2. To make a reservation, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
2.3. A booking is confirmed once we have received the required deposit or full payment and issued a written confirmation. Until then, all bookings are considered provisional.
2.4. The person making the booking assumes responsibility for all members of the party and should ensure that all members are aware of and accept these Terms and Conditions.
3.1. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required at the time of reservation.
3.2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days prior to the tour start date. For bookings made within 45 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3.3. If the final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and retain the deposit.
3.4. All payments must be made in the currency specified in your booking confirmation.
4.1. All prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.
4.2. Prices are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or tax changes until full payment has been received.
4.3. Our prices include all services specifically listed in the tour description. Items not mentioned in the description (such as international flights, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses) are not included in the package price.

Any changes to your booking (dates, accommodations, itinerary) will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A fee of €50 per change will apply in addition to any price differences.
5.3. Cancellation or Changes by Us:
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or make significant changes to your tour. If this occurs, you will be offered the choice between an alternative tour (with any price difference refunded or charged accordingly) or a full refund of all monies paid.
6.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and health requirements for your journey. Wekiwue Travel is not liable for any loss or expense due to your failure to comply with these requirements.
6.2. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned return date.
6.3. We recommend that you consult with the Turkish Embassy or Consulate in your country for up-to-date visa requirements.
7.1. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. This should cover medical expenses, personal accidents, cancellation, curtailment, and loss of luggage or money.
7.2. Wekiwue Travel will not be responsible for any costs that would have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.
8.1. Wekiwue Travel acts as an intermediary between you and service providers such as hotels, transport companies, and activity vendors. While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held responsible for any actions or omissions of these third parties.
8.2. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, flight delays or cancellations, strikes, or technical problems with transportation.
8.3. Wekiwue Travel is not liable for any personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or other loss that may occur during the tour, unless due to our negligence.
9.1. Some of our tours involve physical activities and may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions or mobility restrictions.
9.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit enough to participate in the chosen tour and to inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before making a booking.
9.3. We reserve the right to refuse a booking if we believe the tour is not suitable for you based on your health or fitness level.
10.1. If you have a complaint during your tour, please inform our tour guide or contact our customer service immediately so that we can attempt to resolve the issue on the spot.
10.2. If the matter cannot be resolved during the tour, please submit your complaint in writing within 28 days of the end of your tour to allow us to investigate properly.
10.3. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Turkey, and any legal action must be brought in the courts of Antalya, Turkey.
11.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and can be found on our website.
11.2. By making a booking with us, you consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12.1. Wekiwue Travel reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken during tours for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation to you.
12.2. If you prefer not to be included in such materials, please inform us in writing before your tour begins.
13.1. Wekiwue Travel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
13.2. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
